Hon. Gerald Talmadge Braddock,
Mr. Braddock is one of the most dedicated and experienced
attorneys in the state of Mississippi. Loyalty to his
clients is one of his highest priorities. Mr. Talmadge
Braddock is a diligent advocate who zealously represents
the best interests of his clients at the trial court
level and if necessary, throughout the appeals process
Mr. Braddock’s area of expertise ranges from
DUI cases, Mass Tort Litigation with major pharmaceutical
manufacturing companies, personal injury claims, criminal
defense and many other areas in the legal field. In
his practice, he has assisted thousands of clients to
resolve a multitude of legal issues, some of which possibly
may affect you at some point in your life.
He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers
of America, and is head of the Mass Tort Division for
the Mississippi Trial Lawyers of America. He is a member
of the Mississippi Trial Lawyers.
Gerald Talmadge Braddock has recently been inducted
into the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Braddock, a
native of Vicksburg, Mississippi, is among the youngest
attorneys in the United States to be named a member
of this elite group of advocates. The Million Dollar
Advocates Forum is recognized as one of the most prestigious
group of lawyers in the United States. Membership is
exclusively limited to attorneys who have won million
and multi-million dollar cases. Forum membership acknowledges
proven experience and excellence in advocacy, and provides
members with a national network of experienced colleagues.

Mr. Braddock is a graduate of the University of Mississippi
where he completed his Bachelor Business of Administration
in 1992 and his Juris Doctor in 1995. He is a member
of the Mississippi Bar Association, the United States
District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts
of Mississippi and the United States Court of Appeals,
Fifth Federal Circuit. He currently holds membership
in the Hinds County Bar Association, the Warren County
Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Mississippi
Bar Association, Member of the National Association
of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Association of Trial Lawyers
of America and the youngest lifetime member of the Mississippi
Trail Lawyers Association where he serves on the Board
of Governors as the Chairman of the Mass Tort Section.
Mr. Braddock also engages himself in philanthropic
pursuits. He is on the President’s Council of
the Mississippi Society for Disabilities. He also does
grassroots work with local college students as a liaison
for the Mississippi Trial Lawyers Association and has
forgone attorney’s fees by doing pro bono work
in numerous cases involving the less fortunate.
